Chris Brown will not be heading to court as many suspected and this is because the battery charges for having allegedly punched a woman at a New Year’s Day party he threw at the Palms Resort in Las Vegas has been dropped!
The police investigated the accusations made by Liziane Gutierrez and have dropped all charges against the singer, due to a lack of evidence, reports Gossip Cop.
Gutierrez filed a police report claiming Brown yelled at her and punched her in the right eye after she took a photo of him at his private bash. Shockingly, she never went to the hospital. Shortly after Gutierrez made her allegations, Brown’s rep exclusively told reporters that her story was a “complete fabrication,” and “unequivocally untrue.”
The spokeswoman also noted Brown’s accuser was kicked out of his party for being “disruptive and out of control,” and The Palms’ security was forced to “escort her out of the hotel.”
But Brown still may not be done with Gutierrez. Earlier reports in January claim he planned on suing her for “lying” about the assault.”I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR!” He wrote on Instagram.
