One hundred and sixty (160) new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic were confirmed and reported in Nigeria within the last 24 hours. This was contained in the COVID-19 update provided by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
The new cases reported are as follows:
Rivers: 42
Lagos: 32
Plateau: 21
FCT: 18
Kaduna: 14
Ogun: 11
Katsina: 10
Kwara: 3
Ondo: 3
Imo: 3
Anambra: 1
Abia: 1
Oyo: 1
Currently, there are 59,287 confirmed cases in Nigeria with 1113 deaths. However, 50,718 people have so far recovered and been discharged.
