Popular TV host, Piers Morgan has come out to compare the impact of Covid-19 in the UK to the deaths caused by the Nazis in World War 2. He recently revealed this while reacting to the UK government’s latest announcements that covid-19 rules will be relaxed on July 19th.
According to him, relaxing covid-19 rules on July 19th is like deciding to stop fighting Hitler and he cannot understand how the government reached such a decision.
Piers added that Covid has actually killed far more civilians in the UK than in WW2, so caution is still needed.
