Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has urged Estate Surveyors to utilize the existing landed property to boost the state’s economic and infrastructural development.
He said, presently, there are several under-utilised and untapped property that can be used to enhance infrastructure development and improve the living standards of Lagosians.
His words, “No doubt, Lagos has undergone lots of infrastructure development, but more still needs to be done.
As a professional body on land management, you hold the key to infrastructure development and wealth creation because there is no human activity that does not happen on land.
I believe that the conference will proffer solutions to challenges hindering infrastructure growth in the state and the nation at large.”
