Fayemi in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Olayinka Oyebode, said the death of the younger el-Rufai in an auto accident is a bitter pill to swallow for his family and other Nigerians.
He regretted that Hamza’s death has cut him down in his prime and left behind unfulfilled dreams.
The Governor noted that losing a promising young man in such circumstances is very painful.
He said Hamza represented the future generation of leaders expected to have positive impact on the nation.
Fayemi prayed Allah to grant the former minister and members of his family to courage to bear the loss.
