French Regulatory Organization Authorizes Major French Bank to Use Talk to Pay for Card Not Present Payments with Voice Recognition
French data protection regulatory organization (CNIL) authorization makes it possible for all La Banque Postale cardholders to benefit from Talk to Pay, allowing them to be protected during Card Not Present purchases thanks to voice generated dynamic cryptogram.
All cardholders, using PCs, Macs, iOS, Androïd devices can benefit from Talk to Pay, a highly secure and user-friendly solution allowing them 100% security for all internet purchases, mail orders and telephone orders. Strong authentication is ensured by the combination of outbound call by the issuing bank, by voice authentication and by customer’s phone ownership. Talk to Pay® allows banks to drastically reduce CNP fraud (Card Not Present) and offers issuing banks additional revenue generation thanks to added value services such as card-based transactions history and secure online banking access.
Moreover, cardholders are automatically and immediately informed by the bank in case there is a fraud attempt with the card.
