Gunmen have abducted three students of the Federal College of Agriculture, Akure (FECA) in Ondo State.
The victims, all Industrial Training (IT) students, were kidnapped on Saturday evening while returning from a farm near Akure Airport.
In addition to the students, the kidnappers also seized a farmer and a labourer near the farm in Oke Oge, Akure North Local Government Area, just a few kilometers from Akure Airport.

Ransom Demand
The abductors have reportedly contacted one of the victims’ families, demanding a N15 million ransom for their release.
Security Response
Confirming the incident, the Commander of Amotekun in Ondo State, Adetunji Adeleye, stated that security operatives have been deployed to track down the kidnappers.
“I can confirm to you that we are on top of the situation. They were kidnapped while returning from the farm. Our men have been deployed to rescue them from the kidnappers’ den,” Adeleye said.
Security agencies, including Amotekun and the police, are currently working to secure the victims’ release.
