…As Odogbolu Beauty Peageant Winners Get Cheques
The Odogbolu-Ijebu born politician, Hon (Dr) Ladi Adebutu’s passion for fulfilling promises came to bear again on February 2, 2017, as the winner of Miss Odogbolu Beauty Peageant, Miss Oyinkansola Osibeluwo, received a cheque of N250,000 while the 1st runners up, Miss Ayomikun Ogundipe and 2nd runners up, Miss Mojisola Adeyemi, also got N150,000 and N100,000 respectively.
Asiwaju Gbenga Oludemi, President, Odogbolu Community Development Council, in his remarks, described the federal lawmaker as highly responsive and responsible adding that Adebutu’s record of always fulfilling promises was second to none.
The Alaye of Odogbolu, Oba Deji Onagoruwa, enjoined the recepients to make judicious use of the money given.
Apagun Seye Sonuga, who presented the cheques on behalf of Hon Ladi, stated that the Ogun State 2019 gubernatorial hopeful was a man of his words whose penchant for contributing to the socio-economic life of the society was second to none.
The reigning Odogbolu beauty queen, Miss Osibeluwo, expressed gratitude to the Chairman, House Committee on Rural Development, for his moral and financial support.
