Naomi Osaka, popular Tennis star, has come out to react to her $15,000 fine for skipping a mandatory press conference following her first-round victory at the French Open. She recently addressed the fine in a tweet after her 6-4, 7-6 (4) victory over 63rd-ranked Patricia Maria Tig on Sunday, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to her, anger is a lack of understanding, and she is not surprised by the fine because change makes people uncomfortable.
Her words, “Anger is a lack of understanding. Change makes people uncomfortable.”
Organizers of the French Open added, “We have advised Naomi Osaka that should she continue to ignore her media obligations during the tournament, she would be exposing herself to possible further Code of Conduct infringement consequences.”
WOW.
