(NYSE MKT: EXE) on March 19, 2014 expressing Crexendo’s interest in acquiring all of the outstanding shares of stock of Internet America at a price of $.80 per share, payable in shares of Crexendo’s common stock. The Company’s Board of Directors had engaged legal counsel and today engaged a financial advisor, GulfStar Group, Inc. headquartered in Houston, TX to assist the Board in evaluating the Company’s strategic alternatives in light of Crexendo’s expressed interest.
