The Governor of Jigawa State, Malam Umar Namadi, has reaffirmed the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s dedication to alleviating the hardships faced by Nigerians.
He made this statement while addressing a large gathering of APC supporters during a zonal rally campaign held ahead of the upcoming local government elections in Gumel, Hadejia, and Jahun.
Speaking to the enthusiastic crowd, Governor Namadi emphasised that the APC-led administration, both at the federal and state levels, is fully committed to mitigating the current economic difficulties affecting citizens across the country.

“The APC is doing everything within its capacity, both at the Federal and state levels, to ease the suffering and hardship Nigerians are currently enduring,” the governor stated.
He expressed confidence that Jigawa State remains a stronghold for the APC, asserting that the people would continue to support the party in future elections.
“I am optimistic that Jigawa is for APC; our people will not cast their votes for any other party,” Namadi declared.
As the state prepares for the local government elections scheduled for 5th October 2024, Governor Namadi presented the APC’s candidates to the electorate, urging widespread participation at the polls. “I present to you our candidates.
I urge you to come out en masse and vote for them in the upcoming local government elections,” he appealed.
In addition, Governor Namadi reiterated his administration’s commitment to improving the economic well-being of Jigawa’s citizens through a range of empowerment programmes aimed at fostering growth and development in the state.
The zonal rally marks a significant step in the APC’s campaign efforts as the party seeks to retain control in the local government elections, with Governor Namadi promising continued support for policies that will benefit the people of Jigawa.
