Manchester City midfielder, Bernardo Silva has come out to say that Joao Cancelo is an amazing player. Silva recently revealed that he couldn’t believe the Cancelo first-half diagonal cross that resulted in a goal for his club in the UCL.
According to him, even if he is not so good with his head when it comes to scoring goals, the assist from Joao was so inviting that he had to do justice to it.
He added that he and Cancelo have had a very good understanding since their days at Benfica, and they’ll keep forging a profitable partnership in the coming weeks.

“I try to practice a lot. I think tonight I was lucky Joao [Cancelo] gave me a great ball.
“He’s an amazing player. I played with him seven years at Benfica, we’re the same generation. We have a good connection. He knows my timing and I know how good he is on these balls.”
