The Commissioner for Home Affairs in Lagos State, Dr. Abdulhakeem Abdullateef, has been conferred with the highest professional membership grade of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), at the Institute 2017 Awards, Fellows and Spouses’ Day Luncheon held at City Hall, Lagos on Thursday.

Speaking at the during the presentation of the NIM Fellowship Award to the Commissioner, the President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Emeritus Prof. Munzali Jibril, stated that the process of upgrading members to Fellow is rigorous and painstaking, which is why only those who are truly deserving of the award get honoured each year.

Prof. Jibril implored Dr. AbdulLateef and other recipients not to be contented with just adding FNIM appellation to their names but to see it as a call to higher responsibility and service to the Institute, the management profession and the Nation at large.
