Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has come out to praise the state judiciary for battling the challenges posed by Covid-19 in the justice sector.
He revealed this today during the church service held at the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, to mark the commencement of Lagos State Judiciary 2020/2021 legal year.
According to him, despite the terrible impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the state judiciary has kept dispersing justice via innovative measures.
He added that this proves that our judges and magistrates are committed to the effective and efficient dispensation of justice.
His words, ”I want to particularly commend the state judiciary for rising up to the challenge of the coronavirus pandemic. It is heart warming that the courts continued to dispense justice in very innovative ways despite the ravaging impact of the pandemic.
“This is a testament of the commitment by our judges and magistrates to the effective and efficient dispensation of Justice.”
