NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwired – Jun 12, 2014) – Digital agency MRY partnered with education nonprofit Change for Kids (CFK) to transform its website into a fully interactive and responsive online platform. The new website launches today, June 12, 2014.
CFK supports under-resourced NYC public elementary schools with essential opportunities in literacy, arts, fitness and more. The redesigned site will enable users to learn about the organization, give donations, obtain event information, sign up for volunteer activities, and register for the CFK newsletter. It will be integral to expanding CFK’s community of support for the 2,500 students in its partner schools, and in increasing the organization’s impact.
“MRY has been an incredible partner,” said Colin Smith, Executive Director of Change for Kids. “The agency has transformed the CFK site into an impressive digital platform that will help us to build essential relationships with our audience and grow the CFK community. The site will be a key resource in achieving our goal to expand from five to ten schools in the next five years.”
MRY’s redesign has made the stories and needs of each individual CFK partner school the focus of the site, while maintaining a unified identity for the organization. Donors and volunteers have the ability to choose to support CFK as a whole or a specific school — a unique feature among nonprofit websites. A social tab, inspired by MRY’s own site, brings together recent posts from the organization’s blog, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram profiles, which allows users real-time access to CFK’s work in each school.
“Since day one, MRY has been committed to providing youth with the opportunity to reach their full potential through education,” said Matt Britton, CEO and Founder, MRY. “I am thrilled that we as an agency have been able to partner with CFK and work with them to make sure more young people receive the education that they deserve.”
MRY completed all work for CFK pro bono. This is the first program to come out of the partnership. For more information, please visit the new CFK website online here: www.changeforkids.org.
