Ekudina also expressed deep concern over the recent attacks in some villages in Plateau State, which resulted in the loss of innocent lives.
The Senate President urged President Tinubu to take decisive measures to address these security issues and to ensure that the perpetrators of such crimes are brought to justice.
Je called for a thorough investigation into the attacks and appealed to the Federal Government to prioritize the security of all Nigerians and their properties.
Ekudina also stressed the need for security agencies to enhance their intelligence gathering capabilities to prevent future attacks.
He urged President Tinubu to charge the leadership of the nation’s security agencies to improve their intelligence gathering techniques to safeguard the country against future threats.
In conclusion, Ekudina reiterated NANS’ commitment to supporting the government in achieving its objectives, particularly in the crucial area of national security.
