VotersResults trickling in from Saturday’s presidential and national assembly results have indicated that some top politicians and personalities lost in their polling units.

Among those who lost are governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje, whose party garnered 60 votes against the All Progressive Congress’ 126 votes. Nine votes were invalid.

A similar fate befell a leader of the Odua People’s Congress and staunch support of President Goodluck Jonathan, Gani Adams, as the PDP had 44 votes while APC scored 119 votes.

However, it was a tough battle in Chief Bode George’s ward as the PDP lost to APC 108 to 109.
