Senator Musiliu Obanikoro has resumed as Minister of State for Defence after President Goodluck Jonathan swore in eleven new Ministers, among whom were General Aliyu Gusau as Minister of Defence and Senator Musiliu Obanikoro as Minister of State for Defence.
After the Federal Executive Council meeting held Wednesday, 5th March, the newly sworn-in Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro drove straight down to the Ministry to assume duty.
At hand to receive the Minister was the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Aliyu Isma’ila.
Mr. Aliyu Isma’ila introduced Directors of the Ministry who had earlier lined up to receive the Minister.
He equally introduced the staff working directly in Minister of State’s Office.
