Ogun Promotes 2,141 Workers.

Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has approved the release of year 2013 promotion of 2,141 Officers in the State Civil Service.

 

In a statement, Chairman of the State Civil Service Commission, Chief (Mrs.) Susan Aderonke Folarin indicated that those promoted include 1,249 Senior Officers on GL. 07 – GL. 17, 717 Junior Officers on GL. 01- 06, while the remaining 75 Officers were either upgraded or involved in inter-cadre transfers.

 

Chief Mrs. Folarin noted that since inception, the Senator Amosun led- administration had demonstrated commitment to workers’ welfare as it has been paying salaries, leave bonuses and ensuring promotions as at when due.

 

She therefore enjoined the entire workforce, particularly those just being promoted to reciprocate government’s gesture by making meaningful contributions to the “Mission to Rebuild” agenda.
