oritsejafor10 (1)The National President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, yesterday, tearfully condemned the recent bomb explosion at a shopping mall in Abuja that killed 24 people and left 17 others injured, expressing sympathy to the families of those that lost loved ones in the incident and wishing the injured speedy recovery.

Decrying the continued spate of bombings in the country despite appeals from genuinely concerned Nigerians, Pastor Oritsejafor said “our hearts go to the families of the bereaved and wish those injured speedy recovery”.

The CAN president also used the occasion to condemn another round of violent attacks on innocent Nigerians in Mubi, Adamawa State, just as he lamented the killing of over 40 women and children in separate attacks on Fadan Karshi and Nandu villages in Sanga Local Government area of Kaduna State by suspected Fulani herdsmen on Monday, saying these premeditated acts of provocation must stop.
