Otti nominates Transition Council Chairmen in Abia

The Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, has proposed 34 individuals to serve in the roles of Chairmen and Deputy Chairmen for the state’s 17 different local governments.

Among the candidates are David Ogba and John Udeagbala, who have been put forward for the LGAs of Ohafia and Aba North, respectively.

According to a statement that was drafted and approved by Uzo Nwachukwu, the Commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, the Governor of Abia State has sent the names of the nominees to the House of Assembly of Abia State for the purposes of screening and approval.

The following are the ones:

ELELENTA NWAMBUISI ELELE is the current Chairman.
Mr. Eberechukwu Ahuruonye, who represents Isiala Ngwa South as Deputy,

Mr. Newman Azu will serve as Chairman.
Mr. Anele Michael, Deputy, (Ukwa West),

Chairman: Mr. Joe Ezearu, Deputy: Mr. Okezie Azuma (Arochukwu),

Mr. Olendingwa Nwabueze (Umuahia South) will serve as the deputy chairman, while Mr. Biike Ejike Nnochiri will serve as the chairman.

Mr. C. Y. NWANKWO will serve as Chairman.
Mr. Uchenna Nwanbuko, who represents Isiala Ngwa North as the Deputy,

Mr. Ndubuisi Ike serves as the chairman, and Mr. Njoku Augustine C (Umunnochi) is the deputy chairman.

Chairman: Air Vice Marshal CHINWENDU ONYIKE (Retired).
Deputy Harrison Onuke, whose given name is Isuikwuato;

Mr. OSINACHI HYCINTH NWAKA will serve as Chairman.
The Deputy’s Name Is Charles Ugboajah (Ikwuano).

CHIJIOKE NWANKWO is serving as the chairman.
Mr. Onyedikachi Iroegbu (Bende) is serving as the Deputy.

The Chairman is MRS. NGOZI NWAGBARA, and the Deputy Chairman is Chief Onyebuchi Nnah (Ukwa West).

Chief Victor Ikeji is the Chairman, and Mr. Okechukwu Anthony Amah (Umuahia North) is the Deputy Chairman.

MR. UCHECHUKWU A. C. WOGU Is the Chairman, and Mrs. Nkiru Ugwu (Aba South) Is the Deputy Chairman.

It was requested that the interested nominees present themselves to the State House of Assembly for the purpose of their screening.
