SEND ME ON ERRAND, I WILL DELIVER – Sunday Solarin
It is most expedient to formally express my sincere gratitude, first, to God Almighty for making the event a possibility.
I also appreciate the 103 delegates, leaders and party faithfuls for considering me a worthy candidate for Ogun State House of Assembly, Ikenne State Constituency, for 2019 general elections. I am, indeed, highly grateful.
I must particularly appreciate Hon (Dr) Oladipupo Adebutu for his words of encouragement and display of love for me. I will not forget in a hurry the support of the Collegiate Council, the local government and ward executive officers. The strength of support you gave me cannot be quantified. Kindly accept my appreciation.
I consider my candidacy approval by you as the greatest demonstration of love and solidarity. It is, surely, worthy to be a part and a witness to this uncommon historic stride.
I want to assure you that this collective deed will usher in collective progress for our constituency and collective smiles for all the good people of Ikenne Local Government in 2019 and beyond.
Let me quickly also state with all emphasis and sincerity of purpose that I am more than resolute and determined now than ever before to offer a robust legislative agenda that will bring about the transformation of our society and protect the legitimate interests of not only our constituency but the entire people of Ogun State.
In all of this, my aim is to ensure life is made simple for the people. I, hereby, assure all that I will not disappoint you when elected in 2019.
As the 2019 electioneering year draws closer, I want to enjoin us all not to rest on our oars until victory is certain in 2019. With our determination, oneness and combined efforts, we will be like the rock of gilbratar and we shall come out victorious, Insha Allah.
