NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwired – Jan 6, 2014) – Reality Crowd TV (www.RealityCrowdTV.com), a new reality TV program hosted by Manolis Sfinarolakis and Jessica Sun, announced a global contest to allow countries to compete against each other in order to determine which nation will host the second season of “Reality Crowd TV: The World Tour.”
“We have opened sourced Reality Crowd TV’s next worldwide tour and our mission,” said Manolis Sfinarolakis, Reality Crowd TV’s Founder. “Our mission is to inform, educate, inspire, and motivate entrepreneurs worldwide to start small businesses through crowdfunding and to provide a blueprint on how to crowdfund through our TV show in countries all around the world.”
Crowdfunding is an alternative finance tool that has become a worldwide phenomenon. Crowdfunding platforms in the United Kingdom and Australia currently lead the pack, but Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, and Spain are quickly accelerating their efforts to build crowdfunding industries in their countries in order to spur economic development.
“The demand for crowdfunding programming to educate the masses on how to build crowdfunding platforms as well as how to research, plan, launch and market successful crowdfunding campaigns has become intense in the United States,” said Jessica Sun, Reality Crowd TV’s CEO. “Many countries have requested that our team bring a crowdfunding TV tour to their geographic location, but with the limited resources that we have on hand, our team decided to hold a voting competition to see which country the Reality Crowd TV crew will visit first. The country that casts the most votes on our soon to be launched Indiegogo or Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign will be selected to host our 2nd Reality Crowd TV nationwide tour.”

“Crowdfunding is still a relatively new concept that really needs to be exposed and shown off to the world. It is amazing what it can do for those wishing to start up their own businesses and has done wonders for so many companies across the world. We see crowdfunding as a truly collaborative experience,” said Ryan Cole, Reality Crowd TV’s United Kingdom Ambassador.
“The thing I love the most about crowdfunding is the ability that it has to bring people together, to establish new connections and also to forge real friendships with people that otherwise would not get a chance to meet. Crowdfunding is an absolute gold mine just waiting to be tapped by small-to-medium-sized enterprises, musicians, artists or anyone who has an idea that they feel is worth sharing. That for me is truly inspiring,” said Joshua Fairbairn, Reality Crowd TV’s China Ambassador.
Each contributor, regardless of the size of contribution, during the upcoming “Reality Crowd TV: The American Tour” crowdfunding campaign will be placing a vote to determine which nation will become the host of the second season of “Reality Crowd TV: The World Tour.”
