Veteran Nollywood actor turned civil servant — Richard Mofe-Damijo aka RMD is about to be honored for his important role in the development of the movie scene in Nigeria.
The veteran Nollywood actor and Delta State Commissioner for Arts and Culture will be given the title of “Dike Oha na Nollywood” during the three-day Nollywood Igbo Film Festival.
The 4th edition of the film festival will take place in Asaba, Delta from August 27th to August 30th.
The title will be bestowed upon him on day 1.
The founder of the festival Nze Harris Chuma said RMD is being honoured for his contributions to Nollywood.
