    Sokoto APC Distributes 124 Vehicles To Officials In 23 LGAs

    Aliyu WamakkoThe Sokoto State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday distributed 124 vehicles to the officials of the party in the 23 local government areas the state.

    The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Gov. Aliyu Wamakko assisted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal, distributed the vehicles to the officials.

    The vehicles, which included Peugeot and KIA, were handed over to the chairmen, Secretaries, women and youths leaders of the party in the 23 local governments of the state.

    Wamakko said that the vehicles were donated by various members of the party to facilitate its activities in the build up to the 2015 general polls.

    The governor urged other wealthy members of the party to emulate the donors.

    The Acting Chairman of the party in the state, Alhaji Usman Danmadadmin-Isa, said that the vehicles would facilitate the activities of the party across the state. (NAN)
