Yemi Alade has some words of advise for celebrities who have an urge for flaunting their assets on social media.
The ‘Pepper Them’ crooner was obviously inspired by the ‘Forbes Five: Hip Hop’s Wealthiest Artists’ list, which saw Canadian rapper Drake make the cut for the first time.
According to the publication, the ‘Views’ rapper has a net worth of $60million, a boost which came from his recent business ventures with companies like Nike, Sprite and Apple.
Yemi Alade noted that top acts never show off their wealth on social media, neither do they post photos of their cars and houses, unlike other celebrities.
According to her, “It’s clear from thier Net worth, that becoming anything ,especially being SUCCESSFUL is a step by step process…Drake just got on the forbeslist as number 5, but staying there and climbing up the list yet another journey.
I’m just saying, even when you become successful …aim FOR OVER SUCCESSFUL #ITDONTSTOP
P’s. .CELEBS POST PICS OF EXPENSIVE CARS AND HOUSES BUT NO ONE POSTS THE BILLS THESE HOUSES AND CARS IN CURE over time! (!MILLIONS OF CURRENCY). DON’T BE A VICTIM OF TV FAIRYTALE , stay true to your reality. #OBAMAOUT”
Talk about epic shading!
Meanwhile, Diddy is estimated to be worth $750million, Dr Dre follows with $710million. Next is Jay Z with $610million and Birdman walks in with his $110million.
Yemi Alade came to become a star after emerging as the winner of the 2009 Peak Talent Show.
