Popular rapper Doja Cat has blasted Tyga for using AI to make songs on his latest album. She recently had her say during a social media livestream, and fans have been reacting.
Reacting to Tyga defending his creative choices by saying AI was used in the album’s production but not its lyrics or vocals, Doja Cat revealed that the lyricist is a d*ck for disrespecting human creators like that.
Her words, “Nobody asked me anything about Tyga, but I felt like saying this. Tyga is a penis for making an AI album.”
Reacting, Tyga said, “Listen, I love Doja, but she made a demonic album. But I still love her.
It’s supposed to give you an experience and a feeling. But we definitely used AI as a [tool].
And I know people are going to be mad about me saying this, but it’s where technology is going. It’s no different than when AutoTune came out.
Some people were opposed to it, but real artists took it and used it.”
