Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo will pay an official visit to Sokoto State on Thursday, March 9.
During the visit, Osinbajo will expectedly hold interactive sessions with stakeholders in the state.
This was disclosed by Governor Aminu Tambuwal via his spokesman, Imam Imam.
“While in the Seat of the Caliphate, the Acting President will take part in a two-day nationwide clinic organised for micro,small and medium enterprises (MSME), which is being hosted by the Sokoto State Government,” Imam said via a statement released on Wednesday, March 8.
“During the events, the Acting President will hold interactive sessions with government agencies, financial institutions, operators and stakeholders in the MSME’s sub-sector,” Imam added.
Osinbajo will also visit the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammad Sa’ad-Abubakar III, at his palace in Kanwuri, Sokoto.
The Acting President was in Lagos on Tuesday to commission Lagos- Ibadan standard gauge railway project.
