The Governor emphasized that his administration would take decisive action against any individual or entity found harboring or tolerating criminals.
Governor Otti urged residents to report any suspected criminal activity to security agencies promptly.

He underscored the government’s commitment to combating crime and ensuring the safety of citizens, emphasizing that any form of support for criminal elements would be considered an act of sabotage.
In a bid to address economic challenges, Governor Otti announced plans to increase the salaries of civil servants in 2024 to align with prevailing economic conditions.
He also highlighted the importance of a harmonious relationship between the government’s three arms and encouraged residents to utilize government digital platforms for tax payments and uphold environmental cleanliness.
Regarding governance priorities for 2024, Governor Otti outlined plans to focus on health, education, technology, and environmental sectors, emphasizing job creation and infrastructure development across the state.
He acknowledged challenges in clearing pension arrears but assured that the backlog would be addressed before the end of the first quarter of 2024, despite unexpected increases in the number of retirees during digital verification.
