The convoy of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi was on Monday attacked in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital by suspected thugs working for the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Mr Ayo Fayose. The attack occurred around 6pm when the Governor and his supporters were returning to Ado-Ekiti from a campaign rally in Ekiti East Local Government Area of the state.
