Instagram has updated its hate speech policy to accounts that send abusive messages through DMs. Instagram will start disabling accounts that use direct messages to continuously send abusive and hateful messages. The Police Command in Kwara has secured the release of a 46-year-old tipper lorry owner, Alh Musa Atere, who was kidnapped in Ilorin on Tuesday.
