WHO stated that vaccines usually constitute the tiny fragments of the disease-causing organism or the blueprints for making the tiny fragments. Vaccines however contain other ingredients such as antigen, preservatives, stabilizers, surfactants and residuals. About 9.86 million children will benefit from the Home-Grown School Feeding programme, and 7 million children will be dewormed, during the programe which is estimated to cost N142.3 billion.
