WHO stated that vaccines usually constitute the tiny fragments of the disease-causing organism or the blueprints for making the tiny fragments. Vaccines however contain other ingredients such as antigen, preservatives, stabilizers, surfactants and residuals. The Federal Government of Nigeria has commenced the disbursement of N20,000 cash to women in Bauchi rural communities. The cash transfer which is targeted to provide relief for the poorest and vulnerable women in rural communities was disbursed by the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Paulen Tallen, to the women in Bauchi State. The Federal Government of Nigeria, has announced its plan to feed and deworm children. About 9.86 million children will benefit from the Home-Grown School Feeding programme, and 7 million children will be dewormed, during the programe which is estimated to cost N142.3 billion. About 40.5% of the total recurrent expenditure of the nation’s social investment programmes, is set aside for the Home-Grown School Feeding programme. The Government of Enugu state has commenced the vaccination and fumigation of Ette and Umuopu communities in Igbo-Eze North Local government areea of the state, with high prevalence of yellow fever. The pump price which was #147.67 per litre, has been increased to #155.17 per litre; this will probably make marketers to sell at N168-N170 per litre.
