Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha has disclosed that the Monkey Pox virus will never come close to the state because Imo State is in the hands of God. Enugu State Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has ordered the state’s accountant-general to promptly pay public service workers their monthly salaries on the 23rd of each month in an effort to further boost morale and commitment to implement his 4-point governance agenda. Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has flagged off the execution of 136 school building projects across the state. The projects include four new Model Schools, spread across the state, with each comprising of ten classroom blocks, Library, Laboratory, Teachers quarters, Sick bay, 5 secondary and 3 primary classroom blocks, Solar powered water borehole, perimeter fence and Headmaster quarters.
