The Nigerian government has been forced to buy warplanes and helicopters from Russia and Pakistan due to the refusal of the US to sell weapons to the country. The US has refused to lift a ban placed on the sale of weapons to Nigeria due to allegations of human rights abuse levelled against the country’s security agencies. It was gathered that the agency has concluded investigation the five judges, and are set for trial.
