The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that 132,626 Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) belonging to voters in the 21 local government areas of Anambra State are still uncollected. The commission also stated that it has relocated six local government area collection centres in the state, as a result of the insecurity ravaging most parts of the country. North Korea on Tuesday fired a barrage of artillery rounds into waters near rival South Korea for the second consecutive day in a tit-for-tat response for the South’s live-fire drills in an inland border region.
