The court of Appeal in Abuja has postponed ruling in the suit between the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State and one Stephen Wonnah and six others. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has temporarily put to halt the ongoing Continuos Voter Registration (CVR) exercise in Bauchi State.
