The Ministry of Transport has assured that the Rivers Transport Company is committed to providing optimal service to Rivers people. The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Mrs. Stella Wigwe gave the assurance during a familiarization tour of the Rivers Transport Company recently.
