The Kaduna State Chapter of the Miners Association of Nigerian has disclosed that mining activities in the state have been crippled by lack of access to loans from commercial banks. US has condemned Boko Haram attacks at two bus stations in the northern Nigerian city of Gombe on Wednesday, July 22. “We extend our condolences to the families and loved ones of the soldiers, government officials and civilians killed, and hope for the speedy recovery of those injured,” a statement by the US Department of State read. The Police Command in Yobe on Friday said it had smashed a notorious gang of armed robbery suspects terrorising motorists and commuters on the Nguru-Kano federal highway.
