The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, on Friday rejected the bail application of a former Managing Director of the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company, NSPMC, Emmanuel Okoyomon, whose extradition is being sought by the United Kingdom. Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has described as laughable, allegations that he suspended 40 traditional rulers in the state for misconduct.
