Plans by unscrupulous elements to smuggle arms into Jos, Plateau State, was scuttled on Monday when the trailer conveying the arms was intercepted by security officials. The spokesperson of the Special Taskforce on Jos crisis, STF, Captain Ikedichi Iweha, confirmed the development to journalists.
