The House of Representatives ‎on Sunday gave the indication that it would appeal the judgment of an Abuja Federal High Court, which barred it from summoning the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke. The Joint Military Task Force in the Niger Delta codenamed “Operation Pulo Shield”, says its special squad on anti-illegal oil bunkering and oil theft has arrested an illegal oil bunkering barge in the region.
