No fewer than 15 passengers have drowned when their vehicle plunged into River Rima in Goronyo local government area of Sokoto state after the driver fell asleep and lost control, reports Thisday. The incident occurred on Thursday night when the deceased persons were travelling back to Dan-Wawaru village, their hometown, from Takakume village in Goronyo council.
