Over 500 cows have been recovered by the Zamfara State police command from suspected cattle rustlers in the state. A middle-aged woman in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area of Edo State, Ometere Aduga, has reportedly committed suicide. A multi-million naira flyover bridg e under construction in Asaba, the Delta State capital, Thursday collapsed, killing three persons on the spot while two persons sustained serious injuries, according to reports. A 32-year-old factory worker, Ifeanyi Chukwu, who allegedly beat and threatened to kill his mother, on Thursday appeared before an Abule Egba Magistrates’ Court.
