Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi IIEmir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi II has described the constant clashes between the supporters of All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as sad and worrisome.

He begged party supporters in Kano State to ignore politics of violence and thuggery and make sure our elections are peaceful and calm.

He also asked security agencies to be at alert and apprehend the perpetrators of the violence in Kano and anyone threatening the peace in the state.

He said anyone found guilty should face the law.
