The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has urged the All Progressives Congress (APC) to give Nigerians the change it promised and stop making excuses.
The PDP also told the APC to stop taking citizens for granted and begin the process of providing leadership.
The comments were made by PDP Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Abdullahi Jalo while speaking to Punch on Wednesday, July 15, 2015.
“Nigerians are still expecting the change the APC promised. It is not a time to make excuses, Nigerians want results,” Jalo said.
Jalo also urged the APC to hurriedly fulfill its promise to pay unemployed graduates and aged citizens the N5,000 monthly stipend it promised during the campaigns.
The APC and the PDP have in recent times been engaged in a war of words over what has been termed the slow pace of President Muhammadu Buhari’s government.
