    Hon Peter Odey Mourns Dr. Okpo Ojah

    Hon Peter Odey who is representing Ogoja State Constituency has expressed sadness over the demise of veteran journalist and social commentator, Dr. Okpo Ojah.
    Hon Odey has said the death of Dr. Okpo Ojah remains a shock to him. Saying he is a product of Dr. Ojah’s tutelage as a student in the University of Calabar.
    He described Dr. Ojah as a perfect gentleman who worked for the growth and development of Cross River State.
    “On behalf the good people of Ogoja and the people of Cross River State, I extend my heart felt sympathy to the family of Dr. Okpo Ojah. He was a man guided by ethics and principles who imparted positively to the sociopolitical well being of the Cross River People through his timely and articulate articles and commentaries”.
    Hon Odey said that the legacy of Dr. Okpo Ojah won’t be forgotten in a hurry.
    ” Dr. Ojah will always be honored for his indelible legacy and contributions towards the growth and development of Cross River State and Nigeria at large”.
    He prays that the almighty God will receive his soul and grant him eternal rest in his bosom.
