President Muhammadu Buhari has said he has been unbothered since Alhaji Atiku Abubakar filed a suit at the Tribunal to challenge his February 23, victory.
This is coming hours after the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja dismissed the petition PDP and Atiku lodged against him.
Buhari said the victory is for Nigerians who came out in their numbers to vote for him.
His words, “Good conscience fears no evil report. I was unperturbed all along, because I knew Nigerians freely gave us the mandate. We are now vindicated.”
He dedicated the victory to God, and to Nigerians, while also praising the judiciary for “dispensing justice without fear or favour.”
He added that even if he is celebrating his victory, those that filed the suit had the right to do so.
