Barcelona striker, Martin Braithwaite has come out to say that Lionel Messi is an inspiration for him at his new club.
Martin recently revealed that he has not struggled to get on with the Argentine forward and he is already improving his game.
According to him, Lionel gives too much confidence to the team because he never fails to make the difference during matches.
He added that he is happy to see Suarez return from injury because he loves to play with the best and learn from them.
His words, “It changes a lot, of course.”
“He gives so much confidence to the team because he can make the difference and also helped me personally to be a better player with his advice and how he sees football. He is really an inspiration.”
On Suarez, “Honestly I don’t think in that kind of way. I am so happy that Luis is back because when I came here he was injured and I haven’t played with him,”
“I want to learn from him, he is one of the best strikers in the world and I am happy he is back.”
