Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez Wrap Up European Vacation

New-ish couple Jlo and Alex Rodriguez just wrapped their European vacation together. But where the Paris PDA pics end, the words of affection start. J.Lo just did an interview with Extra, where in the span of two questions, the singer bestowed on A-Rod an impressive 13 compliments.

Extra’s reporter asked how she felt about what Rodriguez said about her in a recent interview—namely that “she is one of the… the most impressive and smartest human beings I’ve ever met.” They followed up with a question about A-Rod’s latest career moves (he’s signed onto Shark Tank and Good Morning America).

J.Lo’s response is literally nothing but praise. Here, all the compliments she bestowed:

I mean, (1) I feel the same way about him [that A-Rod is one of the most impressive and smartest human beings she’s ever met]. He’s… I think people are gonna really… in the next year or two really get to see who this person really is, you know? He played baseball, (2) he was so focused for so many years. (3) He’s, um, one of the greatest of our time and, but as a person, I think, you’re gonna see who he really is. (4) He’s a loving father. (5) He’s a generous human being with his family, with his friends, with me. (6) He’s caring (7) and sweet (8) and capable (9) and responsible (10) and just all the beautiful things you would want a man to be. I feel really lucky right now, so I’m excited about life, but I’m more excited for people to get to see who he really is.

And on his latest career moves:

(11) He’s a brilliant businessman and so I’m glad he’s doing Shark Tank because I was…I remember at one point in our relationship, I was like, ‘Can I ask you a question? (12) How did you get so smart? Weren’t you, like, playing baseball for 25 years?’ and he’s, like, has business degrees and he has his own corporation. and, you know, (13) he’s just a very inspirational person, you know?
