    obanikoro tweetsMinister of State II, Foreign Affairs, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, has taken to Twitter to congratulate President Goodluck Jonathan on what he termed “his expectant victory”.

    According to the junior minister, his congratulations stemmed from “real”, not “virtual” feelers he has received nationwide from the presidential elections which took place on Saturday and in some places on Sunday.

    Meanwhile, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is yet to announce the official results.
